The problem Riscy Phylax solves
Submit a transaction that you can prove is not "malicious" so that the dapp doesn't need speedbumps or other checks. We simply need a formal way to define what a malicious transaction is (per dapp) and then create a mechanism out of it.
Challenges I ran into
Had to learn Risc0's stack late in the afternoon and understand how to piece everything together. In the end I didn't have time to build it, apart from running a few tests using a fork of zeth to verify how feasible this is.
