The problem it solves

It was difficult to dynamically handle a function of character that was supposed to implement pathfinding and obstacle avoidance in real time. We got over it by using a different approach to the same character.

Our project, a game about addressing the water crisis in our city, fits into the Game and AR/VR track by using interactive gameplay and storytelling to raise awareness about water conservation. Players, acting as the city's mayor, fix infrastructure and install rainwater harvesting systems to increase water levels, with real-time feedback from a water level indicator and timer. This blend of strategic challenges and educational content highlights real-world solutions and the urgency of environmental issues, making it an engaging and impactful learning tool.
