The problem RideShare solves

RideShare is an innovative carpooling app aimed at tackling the problem of traffic congestion in metropolitan cities. With increasing urbanization and limited road infrastructure, traffic congestion has become a major concern. RideShare offers a solution by providing a platform for users to share rides, reducing the number of vehicles on the road and easing traffic congestion. Additionally, RideShare uses Machine Learning algorithms to predicts price of a journey based on energy consumption of vehicle (i.e. higher energy consuming vehicles cost more) ,thereby encouraging the use of more eco-friendly vehicles. The platform offers a win-win situation for both riders and hosts, providing an affordable and eco-friendly transportation option while also incentivizing hosts to use energy-efficient vehicles.
