We help web3 projects understand the value that web3 influencers bring to their projects.
Challenges I ran into
One significant challenge we faced at Rev was our initial focus on creating tools for the creator economy. We quickly realized this business model was unsustainable. To overcome this, we conducted numerous user interviews and discovered that brands lacked efficient ways to manage influencers. This insight led us to pivot our strategy, focusing on providing value to both brands and creators. By helping brands track Web 2 and Web 3 metrics, we created a demand for creators, thus kickstarting our flywheel for onboarding them effectively.
