There is a need for a secure, transparent, and affordable platform that democratizes real estate ownership by enabling fractional investments through blockchain technology.
Challenges we ran into
Real estate-backed NFT platforms in India face challenges like designing secure smart contracts, minimizing transaction costs with Layer 2 solutions, and managing decentralized data storage. Legal hurdles include compliance with RERA and potential classification under SEBI. Solutions involve robust KYC/AML measures, scalable tech, and regulatory alignment.
