The problem Resume.sol-onchain PIC(Placement &Internship Cell) solves

In the current campus placement system, we face multiple challenges. The most pressing issue is resume fraud. Students sometimes exaggerate their achievements or, in worse cases, falsify academic records. For instance, there was a case in our college where a student with a lower CGPA than what a company required was still shortlisted. This not only questions the integrity of the placement process but also unfairly disadvantages honest students.

Furthermore, the traditional placement process is often plagued with inefficiencies like mismatched student-employer criteria and time-consuming application reviews. Additionally, existing systems lack secure and transparent platforms, leading to data breaches and opaque selection processes
