As you may be aware, people manipulate their resumes with false information in order to land a job. Multinational Companies are investing heavily in verifying job applicants' background information. However, the background verification process used by these companies is extremely expensive, time-consuming, and inefficient.

Do you know according to Risk Advisory Group, a risk-management firm based in London, says that of 5,500 resumes it reviewed over a six-month period, 80% contained “discrepancies,” and 12% contained false information about an applicant’s education.

As a result, a mechanism that benefits both candidates and interviews/organizations is required. So here comes our project, which assists candidates in creating their resumes and securely storing them in blockchain. Using this resume, an interviewer can learn about the user's resume updates and confirm his authenticity.
