The problem ResQlink solves

We are looking for a solution by creating a web and android based
application that will serve as a platform for the agencies that will serve as
a platform for the agencies to efficiently coordinate during disasters
and calamities, improve connection during tough times, get the real time
data of resources available and communicate during tough situations.
