lack of personal data of a patient can lead to wrong course of medical actions , and this application gives the necessary data to help the first respondants get access to the data quickly and take the right desicions.

This also solved the problem as data security issue by using role-based access control to control the data flow when different people scan it. An admin adminstrators the medical staff's data and after confirming the staff data , they can scan the QR code to get entire data, whereas a passer-by or a normal user can only scan and access the emergency contacts of the patient.

We have a User Interface where a doctor can store all the patients history to make it easy to access the data in a centralised approach, this data of individual patient is then summarized to help other doctors understand faster helping in access the complete medical history.

We have a web interface and an app interface which can be used to scan the QR code and access the data. The mobile app version also has a additional feature which is a gamified version on medical data of oneself. This helps the person be more aware of their health and also take their actions into account to take care of themselves. This feature has around 5 questions on a daily basis and it has daily streak and a leaderboard to motivate users to maintain the streak.
