Majority of customers use Gmail or WhatsApp to submit articles to the reprography shop.
This leads to inefficiency and confusion in managing orders.
Time Wastage for Customers :
Customers often face long wait times as they queue up to submit their orders.
This not only impacts their experience but also hinders their productivity.
Shopkeeper's Transaction Burden:
Shopkeepers bear the responsibility of manually logging each transaction received.
This process is time-consuming and prone to errors, leading to operational challenges.
Rush Hour Overload:
During peak hours, the shop experiences heavy foot traffic, leading to extended queues and overwhelming workloads for the shopkeepers.

The Firebase authentication in flutter app, gave a lot of bugs. Eventually we made with a single dummy users
The firebase storage we use, send the item back in application/octeet-stream, this posed us a hurdle as this doesnt let us display the pdf
Some minor issues with the frontend, relating the State management gave us a lot of trouble
