The problem Rentease solves
RentEase seeks to alleviate the challenges of car ownership and accessibility by providing a reliable and convenient self-drive car rental platform. For urban dwellers and travelers, purchasing, maintaining, and parking a car can be both financially and logistically demanding. RentEase solves this by offering an on-demand, affordable self-drive car rental service with flexible pricing, making personal transport accessible without the commitment and costs associated with car ownership. This solution not only caters to individuals seeking short-term rentals but also addresses the varying needs of commuters, tourists, and businesses, providing an adaptable alternative to traditional car rental models.
Challenges we ran into
While Making the project the first persepctive we kept of was the consumers how would the app look and what they want to see, so we took so much ideating of how the user flow would be carried out. The tech stack had to be really lite nd not so heavy on the backend ensuring faster refresh speed and good state management.
The app was feature loaded so we had to decide which feature is to be added where.
