The problem RentAround solves

Students and others may experience housing challenges in today's circumstances, so we found a solution: we launched Rent Around, a website where users can discover lodging in a convenient area and rent directly from this website, as well as contact the owners of the property. Renters may also immediately list their properties for rent, and customers can view the images and contact the renter. Intermediaries are forced to quit as a result of this. And both the rent provider and the taker gain from the dwelling.

In the future, we may add chat functionality so that users can directly chat with renters, as well as payment, a more user-friendly UI, and the ability for renters to track records.
