Support War-Hit Areas: Users can explore and contribute to campaigns aimed at assisting war-affected populations and refugees, making a tangible difference in their lives.
Enhanced Transparency: Relief+ ensures complete transparency by displaying the transaction history of campaign wallet addresses. Contributors can see precisely where their donations are going, fostering trust and accountability.
Seamless and Secure Transactions: The platform operates even in the most challenging conditions, with limited access to traditional banking services. It's designed to process transactions reliably, even during communication disruptions and power outages.
Automated Validation: Relief+ employs smart contracts to automate transaction validation, guaranteeing that funds reach their intended recipients. This minimizes the risk of fraud and misappropriation.
Media Storage: All photos are stored on IPFS meaning files will be distributed across a network of nodes. This reduces the risk of data loss due to a single point of failure which is common in war hit areas.
When I was developing my first project on Solana, I faced the challenge of understanding how to handle token transfers effectively.
To overcome this hurdle, I turned to Solana's official JavaScript library, @solana/web3.js. This library was a game-changer for me because it allowed me to interact with Solana's JSON-RPC API, create wallets, sign transactions, and manage tokens seamlessly on the Solana blockchain. It made the whole process much more manageable.
Additionally, I integrated the @project-serum/sol-wallet-adapter library into my project. This provided a user-friendly way for users to connect their Solana wallets to my application and easily sign transactions. We really enjoyed to develop on Solana as begineers and hope to continue on this blockchain journey!
