We have collected the dataset with the use of user interaction on the website. Then, we have used the dataset for Data Analysis and Data Visualization. The Data Visualization is visible on the admin side and it is useful for the admin to view the dynamic and feasible plots so that the admin can get more insights about the customer performance interaction on the website. This would help the admin to make the business decision and to make the corrective measures to eliminate the user experience. The second problem, we focused on is the customer support staff and to resolve that issue we made the chatbot with the highest precision.
The dataset which we have to build is generated with the interaction of the user with the website on the different pages. So the dataset we generated contains very little data so we didn't got the precision of the model.
