The problem Reckets - Resell your flight tickets solves

Reckets is a cutting-edge blockchain-based decentralized application (dApp) built on the Polygon Mumbai blockchain network. The platform is specifically designed to facilitate the reselling of online tickets, with a primary focus on flight tickets. By utilizing blockchain technology, smart contracts, and integrating the Next.js framework and Moralis API, Reckets offers a secure, transparent, and efficient solution for users to buy and sell their tickets.

The main problem which many people face is that they cannot cancel or resell their online tickets especially flight tickets easily. Flight tickets with cancellation are too expensive, so there are very few options to resell their tickets but are not that secure as well.
Reckets allows people to resell their flight tickets with blockchain security and mints an NFT for their ticket for easy traceability and security.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into multiple challenges while developing reckets platform.
The main challenge was to make a marketplace where users can buy/sell tickets, we first tried implementing ERC1155 token standard for NFTs but later we changed them to ERC721.
Also, we are not using any centralized database and have managed to keep every single thing on-chain which was quite challenging for us.
We have equally focused on our UI/UX and smart contracts. In a short period of time, we developed a completely working project and we are proud of that :)
