The problem RealesyateICP solves

RealestateICP aims to solve the problem of investing. Investing in property right now is a hassle in itself. Watch out for the property. See if the documents checkout, watch the prices of the area. Also, a large sum of money is required to invest in a property/Real estate. We aim to simplify and make it easy for everyone to invest by dividing the Real Estate into fractions and make it easy for everyone to invest.

Business plan. We plan to earn revenue through the process of listing. Everytime an owner lists their property we charge an amount which would add to our income and price for using our platform.
2. We'll also enable immediate liquidity at which they can buy back all their coins at whatever price they are at. (If possible for them). For immediate liquidation we will charge some ICP tokens

Challenges we ran into

1. We had trouble integrating ICP canister to React frontend and enable everyone to call and interact with the dapp.
2. Learn Typescript smart contracts.
