The problem Railway-Ticket-Management solves

In this project I am sending the message who booked the ticket and chat with AI using chatbot for further query about website. if any passenger want to ask the query about ticket booking and any other then he/she can intereact with chatbot.

Challenges we ran into

whenever we select a source and destination are must be not same so we can apply validation on it and whenever we send the booked ticket pdf via gmail we can checked this is valid email id or not?
