The problem RAAHIFY solves

#What problem do we solve?

1. We can always afford to buy a smartphone for our parents or grandparents but can not give time to teach them or be always present to help them out in their usage
2. Whenever we teach someone an application the person hesitates to ask or gets oblivious to its usage.
3. We are creating tutorial videos and demos of various daily utility and social media applications.
4. We are assisting a chatbot as well to clear all doubts while learning an application

So that our parents or grandparents can become active social media users.

1. Today everything is there at our fingertips, you can get your food or clothes, or electronics ordered or delivered, book a ride, pay your bills without standing in a queue, contact doctors online, and much more
2. Not only this but we can use our phones to transfer or pay money, book tickets, and much more.
3. Our users can assist our chatbot or tutorials, again and again, to clear all their doubts without getting oblivion and use their phone not only for calling but for all that they want to access at their fingertips.

Challenges I ran into

Have you ever seen your elders asking for help regarding technology??? I am sure you might have educated your elders about the technical stuff running in the arena. We know they are curious about everything which shows their interest in learning about it. Moreover, we also know that they feel hesitant to ask for help from their younger ones! So now, we bring RAAHIFY, a guide app that helps you learn about the different day-to-day applications that are necessary to be known in today’s digital world.
So, what do we do to empower all such people, be it kids, our grandparents, or even our parents??
We teach them all such apps and online websites via dummy apps or videos. We try all this to be multi-lingual. We not only assist chatbot support24x7 but we also assist a helpline number in which our members can remotely assist them via the screen sharing feature of app. To elaborate if suppose my grandma is finding it hard to order a book on amazon, she can call on our helpline number give her contact number using which she must have login into RAAHIFY and my team using that particular mobile number can ask to access rhe screen and if she allows on that, my team can connect and remotely access the screen to guide her using a red dot or a cursor, for ease to follow steps, like select this, then add to cart, etc. withtotal END-TO-END encryption.
