This is a quiz management application which can be used to asses people even in those areas where there is no internet connection

Challenges we ran into

We are submitting projects for the first time..so it took us a while to figure things
out. And the time management issues are very common in small time duration hackathons!
Being beginners, we had to learn a lot in the process.
