Challenges I ran into
Building QuillShield involved overcoming several challenges:
Integrating AI with Static Analysis: Combining AI-driven insights with traditional static analysis tools required careful tuning of large language models (LLMs) and integration with existing static analysis frameworks. We addressed this by iterating on model training and improving the integration process.
Handling Diverse Codebases: Supporting various methods of project input (e.g., GitHub repos, contract addresses) presented challenges in ensuring compatibility and accuracy. We implemented extensive testing and validation procedures to handle different code structures effectively.
Scalability: Managing performance and scalability issues, especially with large or complex smart contracts, required optimization of our analysis algorithms and infrastructure improvements.
