The problem Queu solves

Our decentralized ticketing system makes it easy for customers to buy, sell, and use event tickets safely. With our system, tickets are stored as unique NFTs, which means each ticket is tied to a specific person and cannot be duplicated. This prevents fraud and ensures that only the rightful owner can attend the event. Customers can also easily transfer tickets to others, with the option to validate the recipient's address beforehand. Plus, scanning the NFT at the event is a breeze. And once the event is over, the NFT automatically becomes inactive, simplifying ticket management for both organizers and attendees.

Challenges we ran into

One challenge we encountered while building our decentralized ticketing system was ensuring the security and integrity of the NFTs representing the tickets. We needed to prevent unauthorized duplication or manipulation of the NFTs, as well as ensure that they could be easily transferred between users while maintaining their uniqueness.

To overcome this challenge, we implemented robust encryption and authentication protocols to secure the NFTs on the blockchain.
