Challenges we ran into

Distractions: We faced interruptions from unrelated inquiries, which diverted our focus from the project. We established a dedicated workspace and time blocks for focused work, minimizing distractions and maintaining productivity.
Key Distribution: Sharing the BB84 key between the sender and receiver presented significant challenges. We implemented a robust key distribution protocol, ensuring secure and efficient sharing of the BB84 key. Extensive testing and validation helped us iron out issues and achieve reliable key distribution.
User Interface: Building a user-friendly and effective GUI was a complex task that required careful design and iteration.
