The problem Put Ur Bet (PUB) solves

Challenges I ran into
- I was needed a lot of opETH Sepolia tokens to run tests on ORA Oracle
- SubGraph site was temporarily down, also there was a warning about node resources limit Sepolia
- DBforest VM had a bug with the port opening (Hetzner firewall)
- There is too small daily request limit on the Infura free account to run this project
- Indexer was too slow to work in realtime, and spend too much Infura API calls
- ORA transactions are too expensive ~0.1 ETH per 1 prediction resolve it's too much
