The problem PurrfecSwap: Dex & Lending Platform solves
Despite the potential of the XDC Network, until now, there has been no fully functional Decentralized Exchange (DEX) with an Automated Market Maker (AMM) model on it. This lack has limited the full potential of DeFi applications within the XDC ecosystem. PurrfecSwap solves this problem by providing an AMM-based DEX and lending platform on the XDC Network, thereby promoting more decentralized and efficient financial transactions.
Challenges I ran into
Developing smart contracts in Solidity was complex, given its detailed nuances and high-stakes nature where mistakes can lead to significant loss of funds.
Designing a reliable and robust oracle system was challenging due to the need for accurate, real-time price feeds in a highly volatile market.
Designing a lending protocol that maintains fair and secure for all users also presented its challenges.
