The problem ProvenX solves

Counterfeiting of products in the supply chain - To Develop a blockchain-based solution that can be used by businesses to verify the authenticity of their products and prevent counterfeiting. This solution should be able to track the movement of products through the supply chain and provide a tamper-proof record of their authenticity. The solution can begin by creating a unique identifier for each product via a QR CODE that follows up an algorithm about the parameters of the products which is not replicable. The products are labeled with the QR and tracked down into the supplychain and every records of the QR being Scanned is taken a node in the chain.

Challenges we ran into

We have encountered challenges related to implementing a supply chain dapp that provides real-time visibility of the entire supply chain. One significant challenge is the complexity of the supply chain, which involves multiple stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise and understanding of blockchain technology.Another challenge we have encountered is the need for education and training on the supply chain dapp and blockchain technology for all stakeholders involved in the supply chain. This can be a significant hurdle, particularly for stakeholders who are not familiar with blockchain technology or digital solutions.
