The problem Decentralised property managment tool solves

Live in a housing estate where you want to keep track of finacial status of the whole hosuing department. Blockchain-based housing estate budget management, resident finance governance, and Home powered by ORA.

This will allows unit's owners to keep tarck of finance such as expenses on monthly basis.
Users will also be able to pay for the maintainec fee.
Users will be able to raise an appraisel such as getting a swimming pool fixe, etc.
