Panel design for safe-guarding the electrical system- finally, we decided to use surface lofts for compact packaging
Devising systems for transmission- we have gone ahead with the hub and motor battery powered system
Optimizing suspension design- final suspension is a 6 Link type damper with 4 trailing arms and 2 roll resisting links
End effector concept- the final idea was to reach even the most difficult areas, so we are using a drill house integrated with a Vaccum Pump
Concept design for the Ni-Ti alloy wheel- Using memory effect for wheels to create perfect traction
All the above are some hurdles we faced
