Thinking of a name for submitting a feature, turns out it's more difficult than naming a full project.
Before this I spent one day trying to build on sui, aptos and agoric but could not get any of those installed.
It would be helpful if bounty sponsor publish prior learning/setup hacker packs detailing the installation process and documenting the usual roadblocks (for example failing to acquire testnet coins).
