we see nowadays every student or any working professional faces a problem where they fail to execute a perfect sitting plan for studying or working. There are a number of distractions either by their phone or they feel exhausted after some time and then feel sleepy. So we will come up with a solution to help them in perfect sitting plan actions with some tips and recommendations.

Challenges we ran into

we had difficulties in integrating javascript along with python and flask which we overcame by looking at resources over the internet.Integrating the camera permission in our website using flask was challenge. Most importantly the difficulty we faced was that we weren't physically together, everything had to be done on google meet which was a major challenge due to internet connectivity.
