The problem Predicting which employe will quit your company solves
This project can help any company to produce insights and predict which employees can quit your company. This project will help the company to make changes with the problems of the employees and can give a significant growth to a company as there employee's will be satisfied. Every company takes reviews from there employee's regarding the work and work flow, and our project requires that same data so no different thing is needed for it. This project can be implemented anywhere where is there is a use of making prediction can defining the goals.
Challenges we ran into
There were multiple challenges we ran into for example while implementing the scikit libraries and when it gone with some part of data processing our system it took more time due to configuration issues.
