The problem Prayer For Divine Mercy :- Divine Mercy Chaplet solves

Hyła’s Interpretation
The depiction of Divine Mercy by Hyła has gained recognition and is widely embraced within the Roman Catholic community. Adolf Hyła created an alternative portrayal of the Divine Mercy as an act of thanksgiving, reflecting his family’s perseverance through the tribulations of World War II.

The sisters at the monastery provided Hyła with descriptions from Sister Faustina’s spiritual diary and a miniature replica of the initial artwork. Hyła’s rendition diverges from Kazimirowski’s, portraying Christ as the “Heavenly Healer” traversing the globe to bestow healing. This version depicts Christ moving towards the beholder, rather than standing still, with His right hand elevated in a gesture of blessing, gazing directly at the observer. The first iteration of Hyła’s painting included a pastoral backdrop, which was later omitted in subsequent replicas for being considered “non-sacred”.
This version is also referred to as the “Kraków Divine Mercy Illustration” since it resides in the Divine Mercy Sanctuary in Kraków-Łagiewniki. Numerous artistic adaptations of this image have emerged, such as the Divine Mercy Parish in Mandaluyong, Philippines, established in 1992, following a significant local devotion that began in 1985.

Additional Variations Prior to Hyła’s votive contribution, the sisters had engaged Stanisław Batowski to create a third variant, which was unfortunately destroyed in a blaze. Batowski then completed a fourth artwork, which reached the monastery concurrently with Hyła’s. Cardinal Sapieha, present at the monastery at the time, favored Hyła’s work for its votive nature. While many artists have rendered the image, Hyła’s version remains the most widely disseminated.
In 1982, the well-known American artist Robert Skemp, renowned for his illustrations in popular fiction and posters, crafted another celebrated version.
The Divine Mercy Shrine in Misamis Oriental, El Salvador, Philippines, inaugurated in 2008, features a monumental 15.24-meter (50-foot) statue of the Divine Mercy, dominating the sanctuary’s landscape.
