The problem Pranicure, aims to solve is the immediate and efficient response to animals in distress, whether they are stray or domestic pets. In many places around the world, countless animals suffer from injuries, illness, or accidents without any means of receiving timely help. This situation is often due to a lack of awareness, communication, or infrastructure to connect those who want to help with those who can provide assistance. It's critical to address this problem because animals deserve compassion and care. Neglected, injured, or unattended animals suffer needlessly, and their plight often goes unnoticed. Pranicure bridges this gap by leveraging technology to create a network that connects animal lovers, NGOs, and shelters for swift, effective, and coordinated assistance to these animals, ultimately saving lives and improving their well-being.

At our organization, we are dedicated to providing real-time notifications for NGOs, ensuring that they receive timely updates and information crucial to their causes. We initially explored using Cron Jobs for this purpose, but soon realized that it wasn't the right solution. To address this challenge, we turned to the power of Websockets, a more dynamic and efficient way to deliver real-time notifications.

##Why Websockets?

Websockets have proven to be a game-changer. They establish a two-way communication channel between the server and the client, enabling instant data transfer. This technology allows us to push notifications to NGOs in real time, enhancing their ability to respond quickly to critical events, updates, and emergencies.

Hosting Solution

We explored various hosting options and found that Azure hosting did not meet our specific needs. We encountered difficulties and limitations that made it less than ideal for our real-time notification system. After careful consideration, we chose Replit as our hosting platform.
