The problem PoolPal solves

We are solving the problem of CO2 emmisions by cars especially in metropolitian cities like bangalore and gurugram etc. where each person uses his/her vehicle for going to work. so, to tackle this problem of rising Co2 in environment, we have made a website by which persons having common route can use carpooling to save money, avoid traffic and most importantly, environment. Users will be credited with CARBON CREDITS on each ride (5 per km) by which they can get discounts on rides and other exciting rewards such as vouchers.

Challenges we ran into

Our main challenge was to make our website's User Interface very clean but providing all the necessary features. So, we arranged all the elements in containers (so, that we can use different types of displays)and we used cards as well to make our website more organized. [ i was not able to record my voice for website for submitting that here.. ]
