The problem Ponder solves

Ponder is an everyday, light touch/high fun game that lets users predict what the world is thinking - and win a little money while they're at it. You can think of Ponders like mini prediction markets but for human sentiment.

Challenges I ran into

We ran into lots of bugs!

We're building within the Farcaster (and soon to be Coinbase Wallet) ecosystem, as well as recording votes both onchain and offchain. That means we've spent a lot of time getting very comfortable with Privy, Thirdweb, Neon, Farcaster, and a whole host of other service providers to ensure we can create a web2 style experience while keeping transactions onchain (where we love to be).

Ensuring 100% or close to 100% transaction accuracy can be finicky when you have to sync so many platforms. Our approach has been to talk to users constantly, monitor transactions and social feedback heavily, and continue iterating and pushing our partners until we all collectively get it right.
