The problem statement is to perform a UX Case Study on a web portal for ordering notes from a photocopy shop that is located inside a university. The main motivation behind this idea is to decrease the time spent by students and staff at the photocopy shop. By creating a web portal, individuals can pre-book their orders, as well as stay informed about the availability of new notes from their teachers. The expectation from the developers is that the web portal should be easy to use and the payment gateway should be secure and seamless.
