The problem Plus One Dimension solves

Physically visiting potential properties before making a purchase decision is a significant challenge.
Buying a home in India is a daunting and time-consuming task with numerous challenges.

Our intend is to use ai with help of "ARcore SDK" to identify various elements on A map of property provided by user or building's owner to place walls and doors at location identified with help of "Unity" on map, thus converting any 2d map into a 3d model. This 3d model can immediately be accessed by user via AR through our app.
We are building our app using "unity" (to implement AR core SDK) and "Flutter" (to give a fluid and smooth user experience).
This feature is to build a fast user base . As we intend to make this feature free.

Further we are providing a option for property owners to list their property on our map, which will contain a link to visit those property in a 3d gamified simulation, which user can visit using their computer or phone we are using "Blender" to create models of such property and then further with help of "unreal engine" and "unity" using those model to conver in the simulation containing accurate lighting, wall texture and house hold items. By help of "Unreal Engine" we have also given the ability to user to change wall textures, faucets and furniture as per their liking which will also give option to user to get directed to specific items ecommerce site so they can easily buy those items through our link

Lastly we have use javascript and "Google's maps Javascript API", "Maps SDK for Android", to allow user to browse our listed property on our map and we have used "places SDK for Android API" to pull information about places around property if user need to access them. The site is built using html javascript and CSS.

Our project will also have option to view those 3d simulation on VR for users who would prefer that.

Challenges we ran into

It is very hard to build a building using Blender as we have to take care of each texture of actual building out there. we have to give the real feel of particular physically present building in a gamified 3d simulated environment so we used each of our tools of blender unity as well as unreal engine to build these models and make their functioning using SDK tools, animation in unity WebgL deployment techniques as well as MarkerBased AR as well as Markerless AR and AR tool kit and Google AR core Technology with Our team mated have made each fbx files to work and we have created an App using Flutter and Website using HTML,CSS,Js as well as used Google Map API to point each location we have built through the map to make user experience it very efficiently.
