Why do we need to decentralise the real estate investment system?
Decentralising the real estate investment system can be helpful for a variety of reasons.
Low Input Cost: Typically, real estate purchases require a significant amount of money to acquire the entire plot. Thus, our solution enables customers to invest in a smaller percentage of the property. In addition, the user will be able to make returns on the plot, such as rent, based on the percentage of ownership.
Eliminating intermediaries: Traditional real estate investing methods usually rely on intermediaries like brokers and agents, who charge expensive fees for their services. Decentralising the system can help eliminate intermediaries, cut investor expenses, and broaden investment opportunities.

Superfluid proved challenging to integrate with our current use case. In order to allocate the rent to each owner based on their holdings, we intended to draft an instant distribution agreement. In addition to going over the documents and video instructions, we also spoke about them on the Discord channel. At last, we managed to include IDA into our platform.
While integrating Arcana Auth with our smart contract, we also encountered some difficulties. By reading through the documentation and applying the GitHub examples for Arcana, we were able to overcome it.
