The project solves the need for efficient land utilisation, allowing owners and users to interact without any further hassles for the urppse of leasing, investing and parking in plots. We will be able to reduce traffic, because of our parking management system and also help reduce the machines needed for parking management. Along with it, we also support the process of leasing a land for events or other purposes. Another feature lies in the ability to connect potential investors to the owners who want to build projects or utilise their land for some activities. An investor will be able to directly influence the development of his/ her city through our app.
The main hurdle lies in the legal aspects of such an app. At first, we were planning on directly being an intermediary who could process payments as stocks for the users but since that was very legally complicated, we worked around it by restructuring the process. As of now, the only thing we do is connecting two people of the required profiles and letting them make or break the deal directly.
