The problem PLANSEC solves

PLANSEC helps to declutter the mess of finding an everyday schedule. It helps the individual to get a display of the calendar which shows the day-wise schedule. The user is also given the freedom to add classes to his/her schedule. They can also remove the classes they wish not to attend. They can also jot down important note points. Important notices and reminders are continuously provided to keep the user aware of the deadlines and other events. The grade tracker also helps the user to view his/her grades as it redirects to the official igdtuw page where the grades are updated by our faculty.
The extension is also made to work on different screen resolutions so that the user is able to access this through any device.
The overall progress can also be monitored by the user as all the edit options are given to them.PLANSEC has been designed in such a way that it is not only visually appealing but it also does not strain the user too much. The user can also keep track of his/her attendance percentage in this extension. The user can also scroll through the different events held in our university as this extension provides all the necessary data required.

Challenges we ran into

Overall being a part of Castor and building a no-code chrome extension was really fun and exciting, but there are some challenges we faced while building the chrome extension
Using and understanding FlutterFlow for the first time was a little difficult for us as freshers. We came to know how much a little detailing matters in the design.
Also, since we didn't know much about the shortcuts used in the FlutterFlow our manual work increased a lot leading to ineffective time management
But via their online portal and some YouTube videos, we came to know many exciting features of FlutterFlow and are now familiar with this wonderful thing.
Making a demo video for the chrome extension was one of the most exciting tasks but at the same time, it was difficult too. As a beginner, we don't know much about how things are actually presented in a video.
