The problem PistoChat solves

There are times when we want to text/video chat our closed ones but they are busy or internet is not proper so our chatting application PistoChat enables the user to Text Chat and Video Chat even if the other person is not available.

The application can also be used to converse with users (though it won’t be real) that are no longer in this world but still in our hearts.

Challenges we ran into

1. Training a NLP model for one conversation(nearly 200 messages) took about 4 hours on our machines, which is a lot for hackathon.
2. Integrating an android application with NLP model and a GAN required a lot of brainstorming, but ultimately we figured out a way to demonstrate our solution.
