The problem Phord solves
Real Estate is becoming unaffordable due to high prices. It has been one of the safest investment domain since ages, but it's getting out of reach of the normal people. Phord makes it possible to purchase the real estate, shares of it - according to your budget. It's convinient for all kind of users, web2 and web3 both.
On Phord:

You can purchase the real estate(Each property is a ERC721 token which gets converted to 1000 ERC20 tokens of its own kind) (Fractional NFTS in short)

List your own property (though it has to be verified off-chain)

Pay the rent (the paid amount automatically get distributed to the owners according to the percentage of shares they own, yes it actually does)

Off-chain Oracle (Not all properties are listed on Phord, they have to be verified by the admin)

Purchase the crypto to do transactions (on ramp via Coinbase)

Swap any existing coins you have to make payment/purchase (via 1inch)

Login using Socials, Email and traditional wallets

Challenges I ran into

Making the UI perfect. I tried my best to make the UI convinient and user friendly, so any non-crypto people can use it. Also to make it look beautiful and pro, I spend a lot of my time(even though I started building late)

Smart contract - It was my first time building Fractional NFTS, so you can guess my pain. Even ChatGPT and Claude gave up in the middle.
3, CORS - I spent my 1 complete day, just because. my social logins were failing due to CORS error.
- Business logic - Many features are yet to be built, but building the current functionalities did took time(though it look simple)
