The problem Pellucid solves

Corruption is a major issue in almost every country in the world. The government can easily manipulate funds, that are paid by the public in the form of taxes or other funds. We provide a transparent way of keeping a track of all the transactions made by government bodies. We also provide a better visual interface ( d3.js graphs) that helps every citizen to monitor the funds.

Challenges we ran into

We faced a lot of issues in setting up metamask, and connecting the backend with React. We had to learn web3js. We did our research on blockchain.
