The problem PayNeu solves
PayNeu addresses the crypto-to-merchant payment friction. Merchants need simple invoice-based systems, not complex DeFi interactions and want to receive specific stable tokens to avoid volatility.
Challenges I ran into
As a solo developer, one of my primary challenge was to build the web application as this is not my expertise. I have to tap on claude-cli to help me build the UI from scratch.

What is your product’s unique value proposition?
UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION
Merchants receive exactly the stablecoin amount invoiced - zero volatility risk - while we make it easier for customer to pay with any token in their wallet through automatic smart-contract trades and settlements.
ALPHA BUILD DEMONSTRATION
In one of the demo scenario, I showcase that even though my wallet balance for mUSD was not enough to pay for the invoice, PayNeu automatically suggests that I can pay with another token that the user owned and is tradeable to mUSD.
✔️ No additional step for the user (i.e. conversion)
✔️ Merchant still received their stable coin
Who is your target customer?
Merchants who are open to receive crypto payments specifically stable coins in exchange with their products or services.
Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?

With Confirmo, consumers has to select the correct token or trade/exchange their tokens first with the correct token/currency that the merchant wants to receive.
With PayNeu, customers just pay directly!
What is your distribution strategy and why?
Onboard creators who are selling either products/services and offer them to try out the platform offering referral rewards as well for each successful onboarded users who made at least X amount of USD in transactions
Since our main target users are Web3-natives, choosing creators in the space would easily onboard our target users since they are most likely the ones who are following these creators.
