The problem Patwari Chain Test solves

Land disputes and fraud in Indian villages are a major problem, often caused by corrupt patwaris and powerful landowners who take advantage of the lack of a secure system for land ownership verification. Small farmers often lose their land due to boundary disputes or tampering with land records. This situation is further complicated by the fact that small farms are increasingly divided due to inheritance. As agriculture is the largest occupation in India, this problem hampers productivity and can lead to social unrest.

Challenges we ran into

• For storing NFT's metadata to IPFS, first we tried using Infura but we came to know that storage of NFT's in Infura is paid
• We also tried using Pinata and faced several issues due to which we weren't able to upload the metadata
• We also faced several compile time errors whilst building our smart contracts
• Then we came up with the solution using nft.storage and our metadata was successfully uploaded
