- Smooth UX: No clunky bridge UX instead smooth UX with telegram bot.
Challenges we ran into
We set out to build a non-custodial swap web app integrating web3 wallets for browser, gas estimotion and error handling across Solana, Ethereum, Berachain & Avalanche in-browser.
Complexity of on-chain cross-chain transaction management also with lambda added days to our schedule. Faced with tight time restrictions, we made a strategic pivot to a custodial wallet model : letting us focus on securing and streamlining our core bridge flows and ship a polished telegram bot demo on time
