Bet like a degen. Earn like the house!

The problem ParlayVoo solves

ParlayVoo decentralizes parlay betting by moving it onchain to Base.

Use Cases
Bettors: Create 2-5 leg parlay bets issued as NFT tickets.
Liquidity Providers: Earn the "house edge" by depositing USDC into the Uniswap position manager.

Benefits
Transparency: Eliminates opaque bookmaker logic by using onchain multipliers and verifiable market legs.
Safety: Uses a hybrid settlement model (transitioning from admin to optimistic resolution) to balance speed with decentralized trust.
Security: Employs pull-based payouts, utilization caps, and isolated oracle adapters to protect user and LP funds.

Challenges we ran into

We originally wanted to give people 50% of their bet back, but we quickly realized that giving back half of a bet destroy the bankroll of the house. The challenge was calculating probabilities to determine what percentage we could off users on a loss and still maintain the capital. We created a data model to project out the best and worst case scenarios, eventually arriving at 10%. Trying to navigate the balance between incentivizing users to join and keeping the house solvent, while providing people with an opportunity to learn how to be Liquidity Providers instead of bettors.

Use of AI tools and agents

ParlayVoo integrates autonomous agents and AI inference to create a self-sustaining, agent-native betting ecosystem.

Core AI Components

  1. The risk advisor agent named Kelly who using x402 headers covers concepts like Kelly criterion, expected value, and confidence before trading.
  2. A bet recommendation bot named Betty who analyzes key indicators in sports data to inform the user of bets with a better edge.
  3. A settler agnet named Seth who runs on Base and tracks the ParlayEngine. The bot settles out bets for resolved legs without human intervention, earning fees from the x402 ecosystem to cover its own gas and other costs.

System Workflow

  1. Discovery: The Risk Advisor identifies betting legs (possible betting options) listed in the LegRegistry, which tracks available betting opportunities.
  2. Assessment: The agent queries the Premium Service and pays an x402 fee in USDC.
  3. Inference: Using 0g Labs, the agent processes raw math (EV/Probability) into a strategic "Buy/Skip" decision.
  4. Execution: The agent mints a parlay NFT (a unique digital token that represents a bet) via the ParlayEngine platform.
  5. Maintenance: The Settler Bot detects the resolution and finalizes the ticket, ensuring the loop remains permissionless and automated.
