This project tokenizes real-world assets (RWAs) as ERC-721 NFTs on the blockchain, allowing them to be bought, sold, or transferred in a trustless and transparent manner. By doing so, it brings physical assets like gold, real estate, or luxury items into the digital financial ecosystem, bridging the gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi).

The entire ownership and transaction process is governed by smart contracts, ensuring:

1. Immutable proof of ownership

2. Secure peer-to-peer transactions

3. Reduced reliance on intermediaries

4. Programmable asset behavior (e.g., access control, royalties, etc.)

By deploying these contracts on a blockchain like Polygon, and integrating them with marketplace functionality, this project effectively builds the foundation for on-chain asset management, investment, and trading, all of which are core components of Onchain Finance.
