The problem Ovet solves
Any organisation can conduct polls on decision making to have direct or influential effect on the actual decisions to have a more transparent and trustworthy system, including policies for a country. In a system where people make the choices, it is important that they want to participate. Sometimes, people lack trust on a central authority, and that problem can be solved by eliminating that requirement of trust altogether which is one of the fundamentals of blockchain. Also, if used in a traditional governance organisation, people can have influence on policies directly instead of voting for candidates or a party.
Challenges I ran into
Mutability in React(should've used immer from the start), Also, first hackathon, pace could have been better. Weren't really familiar with Rust which eliminated many ideas.
