The problem OSS - One stop surveillance solves

1. OSS turns the whole system paperless. Hostel authorities used to maintain different registers for different categories of complaints which can be now resolved using OSS in one click.
2. Sometimes, hostel authorities face the problem that they find the door locked when they arrive for various reasons. Our app provides functionality that the warden can monitor when the room is locked or not.
3. Often there is a miscommunication between warden and peer which can lead to the complaint not getting reported. As it is a public platform this app solves this problem too.

Challenges we ran into

1. Deploying the ChatBot project on a remote server was a great challenge for us.
2. We were also cynical about data spamming. Therefore, we have restricted to one complaint per day.
3. Warden wanted Multi-language support for our app, but we delayed it for a short time.
