etc. The major problem people face is of hygiene. The hygiene is very essential as it directly impacts our body. Food safety and hygiene is of utmost importance for businesses, as it helps to protect the health of consumers from foodborne illnesses and food poisoning.

THE IDEA
As we know Over all food service market size in India is INR 4236 billion And Unorganized food market size is INR 2519 billion (more than 50%) in 2020 and expected to be INR 3075 billion in 2025.
We can improve the food quality of Unorganized food market so that they can serve to customers in a better way by providing good hygienic food.
We would like to explain our idea with an example:
Suppose there are 10 stalls of pani-puri in a particular area.
We will select one seller from those 10 who really want to improve his business and want to serve customers better.
Now we will invest in his stall.
If his stall does not look decent enough we will make his stall seem attractive enough.
After this we will automate many things with the help of sensors so that we can reduce the manual work of seller which will also maintain hygiene.
So we will put the UV sensor on the roof of the stall and when the customer moves his pani-puri under the sensor then sensor will automatically detect that there is pani-puri and then it immediately starts and fill the pani- puri with flavored water.
We will also provide gloves, mask, and cap to seller so that we can take care of hygiene.
Now finally we will do digital marketing to increase his customers and income.
As sales of stall increases, we will charge a fixed amount from seller.
So in this way It will benefit both seller (As their income increases with increase in number of customers) and customer (As they get hygienic food).
We will start from one stall and We will expand and select each variety of stall from every area.
We will create brand identity.
